All reports are hierarchical so that you can view performance at any level of your institution, from the employee level on up. Appropriate incentives can then be calculated for employees, managers, branches as a whole, or any other body in your organization to ensure that your employees are driven to give the best service possible. Incentives can be monetary, noteworthy, or even metrics that are used solely for coaching purposes.
Products and customers are also treated hierarchically to allow you to break down all aspects of your institution's performance and then incentivize performance for any categorization of account or employee. Interactive graphing functions allow for on-the-fly drilling down of data as well as allowing you to easily export to any format that your departments, such as Human Resources, may need. For instance, we offer the ability to export to PDF and Microsoft Word for easy printing and integration into other reports, as well as exporting to Microsoft Excel for further quick analysis.
